Sing Woo Children & Youth Centre is a service unit under the Hong Kong Children and Youth Services. We are committed to creating a friendly and joyful interactive space in the community.
The Soaring Kite symbolizes that every child and teenager has unlimited potential. With the support of their families and the center, they can grasp different opportunities, face up to challenges and explore the future.
Our mission is to enable children and teenagers to discover their strengths and reach their potential, while inspiring each other to become future leaders who are creative, influencing, cooperative and honoring mutual benefits.

Children and young people aged under 18 and their families.

Our Services

• Playgroups for toddlers, potential development classes for preschoolers and school-age children
• Tailor-made individual training, consultation, and support services for children with special needs, provided by a multi-disciplinary professional team 
• Family support services including parent education, family enrichment activities, play therapy and family counselling, etc
